1 ripe bananas
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 tbsp hemp heart seeds , shelled
1/2 almond milk
1/4 tsp almond extract
2 tsps maple, agave or brown rice syrup
1/8 tsp salt
Place everything in a blender. Blend until smooth. Cook as you would a pancake. I use a non-stick skillet.
Makes 4 pancakes
Serve with fresh fruit, dried fruit, favorite syrup or heated nut butter.
