4 Cups Cold noodle salad. Buckwheat noodles, 1 can , drained chickpeas, 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup soy beans, and 1/2 cup Julienne sliced fresh basil, DRESSING IS--- Equal amounts 3 Tbsps of Regular Balsamic Vinegar and Balsamic Vinegar Glaze

Added fresh Avocado cubes.

Talk about protein packed, fiber fueled and super healthy. What an amazing salad for these hot days. Perfect for potlucks, lunches or just as a side dish
