Maple Coleslaw

4 cups shredded cabbage

1 cup Diced or shredded carrots

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1 Tbsp Onion powder

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Salt

4 Tbsps Hellmans Vegan Mayo


Blend mayo and all spices until smooth.

In a large bowl combine cabbage and carrots add seasoned vegan mayo and mix well. Let sit for 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to incorporate.
