Vegan breakfast idea. Quick and easy, change fillings according to your cravings
1 large granny Smith apple ( julienne- cut into thin match sticks), 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon, 1 cup raisins and 1 cup minced walnuts- blend everything but apples.
Layer apples on bottom, spoon on mixture and roll up. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes
