I started eating plant based, January 2016, after attending a Kaiser Permanente meeting on plant based eating. For years I’d read that vegetarians are healthier and have fewer health issues. This meeting gave me the inspiration to get started.

I’ve loved cooking and trying new recipes for 30+ years. Eating beautiful bean, lentils, fruit, vegetables and grains seems like the most natural way to cook and eat.
