Banana/Apricot Frosting

1 Large ripe banana

4 Large dry but soft Apricots / Not fresh or jarred

2 Tbsp Plant-based Milk

1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Place everything in a blender ( Magic Bullet )

Blend until creamy. Cover an place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Makes 1 cup frosting
