Vegan Pimento Cheese

1 cup vegan mayo

8 oz. vegan cream cheese

1/2 tsp tsp onion powder

1.5 tsps garlic powder

3/4 tsp chipotle powder

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 cups diced roasted Pimentos

8 oz. Vegan shredded cheese

Cream mayo and cream cheese together, add dry ingredients and blend until well mixed. Add cheese, lemon juice and Pimentos blend until well incorporated. Pour into a container with tight fitting lid and let sit in refrigerator for 2 hours minimum or for best results leave overnight.

Enjoy with pita chips, fresh vegetables or in a wrap/sandwich with lots of veggies

Last 3 to 4 days.
